Individualized services such as supported employment, adult day training, companion and non-residential supports and services, and extend to residential services that provide specialized medical and behavioral services. All services must be medically necessary and meet conditions established by the Health Care Administrator. The Developmental Disabilities Program is part of DCF. The program assists people who have developmental disabilities and their families. It also provides assistance to identify the needs of people who have developmental disabilities and funding to purchase support and services.
Hours of operation: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday - Friday
Eligibility requirements: Individuals over the age of 3 with a diagnosed disability and also children 3-5 years of age at risk of a developmental disability.
